DELIVERY AND TRACKING

How long does delivery take?
Orders are normally dispatched within 2-3 business days depending on stock availability, and takes between 8-20 days to be delivered depending on country. 

How can I track my order?
After your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking information. You can then copy the tracking number and paste it on our "Track Order" page to see the current status of your order. If for any reason your tracking number doesn't work, please reply to the email and someone will assist you. 

What if my order is lost or damaged?
Just send us an email regarding you lost item and we will happily replace it free of charge or provide refund. If your item is damaged, please include a picture in the email as evidence and we will process a replacement or refund (your choice) immediately. Refund takes about 10 business days to be credited back to the customer. 

Do you deliver orders to my country?
We ship mostly in the United States but we do ship worldwide, shipping fees may apply during checkout.

Are all of the products in my order sent together?
Products are occasionally sent separately to reach you as quickly as possible or because they are being sent from separate distribution centers.

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Are payments secured?
Definitely yes! Payments from our website are secured via PayPal, which is one of the most trusted payment gateways in the world. PayPal ensures that your credit card information is safe during transactions and that the transaction is recorded in their database to protect customers against scams and fraud.

I don't have a PayPal Account, can I still checkout using my credit card?
Yes, if you don't have a PayPal account, you can still checkout using your credit card. To do so, please follow the instructions below:

1. On the Cart Page click on Checkout Button

2. Fill up the Shipping Information and proceed until PayPal's payment page pops up.

3. Here you can Login to your PayPal account or, if you don't have one, pay with your credit card by clicking on the "Checkout as Guest" button or "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" button (whichever of the two appears).

4. Enter your credit card details and proceed to submit.

(Upon payment, you will receive an email confirmation along with your order number on your email address.)

What payment options do you support?
We accept payments via PayPal as well as all credit cards supported by PayPal payment gateway. These credit cards are the following:

  • Mastercard
  • Visa
  • Discover
  • American Express
  • Diners 

Do you process orders paid via E-check?
If an order is paid via E-check, we will wait until the bank cleared the payment and we've received the money before processing the order. Please be advised that it usually takes 6 business days for an E-check to clear, thus, expect your order to be processed only after a week or so once the money is received.

 

EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS AND UPDATES

Will you send me email after checkout?

Yes, you should receive two email messages from us. One is a Confirmation Email which will be immediately sent after payment is completed and the other will be sent in 2-5 days containing a tracking number once your order is in transit to your location.

Why am I not receiving any email after checkout?

You should be receiving email after checkout since our store automatically sends them. However, if you do not receive any, the common reasons are usually as follows:

  1. Email was sent to Spam instead of inbox. (Please check your spam folder)
  2. There was a typo on the entered email address 
  3. The email address entered was secured (Ex: company emails) and it rejects incoming emails from email addresses not registered in their system.

Either way, please contact us and provide an alternate email address (preferably your personal email) so we could update you regarding your orders. 

 

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Can I change my order?

Yes, if your order hasn't been sent yet, please contact us and we'll be happy to change your order. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be changed.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if your order hasn't been sent yet, please contact us and we'll be happy to cancel your order. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.


ORDER RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Can I return my order?
Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we'll give you your money back in full. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.

Can I exchange my order?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
